Richland Correctional Capacity

The 2025 CFIS report gives the most specific recent prison figures in the research. It states that Richland Correctional Institution has a capacity of 2,613 and housed roughly 2,500 incarcerated persons on the inspection date. It also states that the internal management audit found the institution in compliance with all 64 applicable mandatory ACA standards and all 435 applicable non-mandatory ACA standards, plus 67 of 76 applicable Ohio standards or observations.

Richland Correctional Visits
